This is the third year we have used Montgomery Tent for our 2022 Rotary Club event in Noblesville, Indiana.  It would have been 4 consecutive years but COVID got in the way in 2020.  I can say, without any hesitation that they are the best and I will continue to contract them every year.

My degree is in engineering, so I pay close attention to quality and service and there are several reasons for this 5 star rating.  Read carefully as this will take a few minutes!

1. Cheryl, with whom I initiate the contract, is thorough, accommodating, responsive, and cooperative.  She makes this entire process very simple.

2. They provide all the support information I need, such as a proposal for layout of the tables, the location of the exit signs, recommendations for the number of tables and chairs, etc.

3.  A big one ... they are always on time.  If they tell you they will be there to set up at 9:00, they will be there at 9:00.  The same with the teardown.  That small thing is very much appreciated.

4.  They do excellent work.  The tent is solid, it looks nice, it is clean, and it makes a good presentation for our fundraiser.

5.  They are fast, efficient and thorough.  The setup is difficult because there is an irrigation system in the park and we have to pay for damage if any of the stakes penetrate the pipes.  We have never had a problem!  The owner of the company comes out for the setup and makes sure the location is correct.  He supervises the entire setup, due to this special requirement.

6.  The crew is very friendly and courteous.  They tolerate the fact that I watch the setup but they would do the same quality if I was there or not.

7.  Their rates are very reasonable but, regardless, I would not use anyone else because of what I am getting for my dollar.

Finally, this is the 7th year for our event, so this is not the first tent company I have used but it will be the last.  They are that good.  I have contracted many companies over my 46-year engineering career and they are as good as you can get.

Montgomery tent provided us with great service and a beautiful tent for my daughters quinceañera. When I couldn't decide on a size for the big even the owner came out and measured and plotted a good site for the tent. He did an amazing job. Everything was done to code. We also rented tables, chairs, linens, dance floor, lights, a large metal trough for ice and a bar.  All was assembled and put exactly where I wanted it. When they came to pick up they were very quick and made it seem like there wasn't a massive party the night before. I highly recommend them. They were priced competitively and their crew was very professional.  I'll definitely be giving them a call for our next event.
